I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) specializing in leadership development and “whole-person” coaching for mid-level and executive leaders. With certifications in Positive Intelligence (PQ) coaching and mediation, I help leaders uncover their values, drivers, and emotional intelligence (EQ) to develop strategies that enhance performance and foster collaboration. I focus on building psychological safety, resiliency, and authenticity to empower leaders and teams to thrive in complex environments.

Outside of work, I love supporting my kids’ passion for all things sports—especially ball sports—and their creative projects, including their YouTube channel. I'm also learning French to better enjoy our visits and immerse myself in the culture.
